It’s challenging to estimate the total cost of a project until after we discuss your concept/vision and dive into the details of the project. There are many variables that go into the cost of a project, including (but not limited to): size and style of the platform, technical elements, equipment, aesthetics, engineering and design costs, branding, project location (where we will be delivering the unit to), project timeline, etc.

Commission Starting Points by Platform.

Royale conversions start at $200,000 and range to $400,00 depending on the commission.

Admiro conversions start at $275,000 and range to $500,00 depending on the commission.

If you are interested in receiving a proximity quote, we ask that you reach out to our team and provide as much detail as possible about your concept and vision. This will allow us to provide the most accurate rough order of magnitude (ROM) cost estimate for your project. Once you receive the quote, we can determine if the estimated cost works with your team’s budget prior to proceeding with our design retainer process

Multiple variables determine a project’s timeline, including the project type, project complexity, long lead items & production schedule. You can expect delivery in approximately 6- 12 months upon the execution of contracts and initial funding. Our clients are very timeline focused so our team will create a specific project plan for your build that includes a process map stating all the milestones that allow you to track the gates of the project.

As a design + build firm, we take a project from ideation through conceptual design, approved plans, construction/production, and finally delivery. Our Three-Step Phase Process follows the most effective way to successfully attack a project. We have 2 separate agreements, a preconstruction design retainer agreement that governs the design phase, a custom construction agreement contract that ties the project together from a scope, platform, price and warranty.

Expect 6-12 To Receive Your Complete Commission.

Phase 1 - Design & Planning: Typically takes 6 to 12weeks to complete depending on the complexity of the project.

Phase 2 - Construction & Production: This is the fun part where we get to build out your project in our Kansas City facility. The timeline for Phase 2 depends on the design, materials, and equipment. Once we have all materials in-house, the construction process can take anywhere from a few months for a simpler project to 6 months for a complex project.

Phase 3 - Delivery & Installation: Delivery varies depending on the location. Please refer to Section #5 below for more details on the delivery process.

Prowess offers a 3-year or 36,000 Worldwide Warranty.

Most of our clients are high-functioning individuals or businesses that cannot afford downtime; therefore, Prowess utilizes the best products, materials, and commercial construction practices to allow for other national vendors to easily maintain and repair our builds if they were to have technical issues. For example, if you have an outlet that is not working, one of your staff will call a Sapphire operations team member to work directly with you to approve a locally certified electrician to make the repair. Within 24 hours, Prowess will reimburse you directly or we will write the check. For any major defects, Prowess will pay to bring the build back to Kansas City to be remedied directly by our team in a timely manner.

The Prowess warranty is only valid through the original purchaser; however, if the new owner brings the build back to our facility and Prowess inspects the unit for excessive wear and everything checks out, we will reissue the remaining portion of the warranty.

Upon completion of the project, inspection by our clients, and receipt of final payment, we help organize the delivery of your vehicle OR our clients can pick up their unit from our Kansas City facility.

We do deliver overseas, but the cost and time of shipping a project can be cost prohibitive. A vehicle that goes on a ship often has restrictions that will increase the cost and time for shipping. The current supply-chain issues have only exacerbated this shipping issue from both a cost and time perspective.

We have three different delivery options:

We load the vehicle on a flatbed truck

We have a certified driver from our RMP Driveaway sister company drive the vehicle to the specified drop-off location

Our clients come visit our facility, learn how to operate the vehicle, and pickup themselves.
